We will walk you through an in-depth consultation including hair care needs, wants, goals and the sometimes-uncomfortable budget conversation. We have passionate, professional, supportive stylists who practice the most up to dates techniques and are fully knowledgeable in the all the new innovative products and technologies that go along with that.
cancellation policy
We are a small local business, and do our best to meet our customer’s needs. Your appointments are important to us, we reserve this time especially for you, we understand that scheduled adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours for all cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If you “no show” in other words fail to cancel and do not show up you will be charged 100% of the reserved booking amount and will be asked to pay before rebooking. Any appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
New Snow Policy
Due to the concern of safety, we are introducing a new policy regarding snow. We are going to follow Nanaimo school district 68 standards. If the school district closes schools, we at Banged will be closed.
The policy is made with your safety in mind. If you have an appointment and snow is in the forecast please follow the news if school district 68 closes.
If you have an appointment and the salon is closed we will contact you to inform you of the closure and to rebook as soon as possible. All cancellation fees will be waived on snow days.
